Faulty or Damaged Items

I take great care in packaging your items so they reach you safely and promptly. However, once your order has been marked as delivered by Australia Post, any items that arrive damaged or faulty must be reported to me within 3 business days.

Our elastic crystal bracelets are one of our most popular and affordable items. However, due to their elastic design and bulk production, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if the elastic stretches or breaks after purchase.
