Because I also operate a small pop-up physical store which shares the same inventory, there is a small chance that an item you ordered becomes unavailable because it was sold in-store just before your order was processed. If this happens, I will notify you and offer a full refund or the option to choose a similar item.

I use Australia Post as my preferred postal company, and all orders come with a tracking number as standard.

Parcels without signature on delivery (the default option) will be dropped off at the shipping address provided, regardless of whether someone is home or not.

For safety, if you want someone to be present to sign for your package, please select and pay for the "signature on delivery" option at checkout.

I am not responsible for lost parcels, if you did not select the signature on delivery option and your parcel is marked as 'delivered'.

I cannot guarantee next day delivery for express orders.

Tarot Readings & Sealed Readings:

• Most readings will be channeled and sent within 3-5 days.

• However please allow up to 7-14 days for readings to be channeled and sent. This is based on a first-come-first-served basis and will be created accordingly.

All parcels are sent with a tracking number, which should be emailed to you. If you don't receive it, please contact me. Tracking info can take up to 48 hours to become visible.
